Got my Master Guide, it's cool

Just received the Master Guide and a couple of Sand-Loop sticks. The guide is pretty neat, helps keep lines straight on my kits. The sanding sticks are good for getting into small areas. Everything came in good condition. No issues with the order, it was all straightforward.

Good tools, quick shipping

I ordered the Raser Origin and it arrived pretty fast for international shipping, took about a week and a half to get to me in California. It worked well for cleaning up nub marks on my Gundam kit. The grip felt a little awkward at first but I got used to it.

Love the Dust Zero!

Got the Dust Zero Cleaning Gel and it's incredible! It picks up all the tiny plastic dust from sanding without leaving any residue. My workbench has never been cleaner. I also grabbed a Master Guide, and that thing is super helpful for consistent panel lines. Everything arrived safely and pretty fast. I'm definitely coming back for more tools soon!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from Gunprimer, and like the previous times, the experience was smooth. I picked up the Raser Plus this time, as I'd been using the Raser Origin for a while and wanted to see the difference. The Raser Plus is definitely an upgrade, it feels more precise. Shipping was reliable, arriving in under two weeks, which is what I've come to expect. Their tools hold up really well over time; my older Raser is still going strong. The only minor thing was that the packaging for this order seemed a bit less robust than my first one, but everything arrived safe.

Good tools, slightly slow delivery

I bought the Gate Remover Set and a Balancer White, and overall, I'm happy with the quality. The gate removers are sharp and made cleaning up parts much easier than my old nippers. The Balancer White also worked really well for initial sanding. My one minor complaint was the shipping; it took about 9 days to arrive in Texas, which felt a little long compared to other online orders I've made recently. The checkout process was smooth, though, and everything was packaged securely. Good products, just wish delivery was a tad quicker.

Decent purchase, mostly satisfied

I decided to try the Gate Remover Set along with a Balancer White. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I had no issues there. Shipping took about 10 days to reach my address in Texas, which was within the estimated timeframe. The Gate Remover worked as advertised, leaving very little residue. The Balancer White was okay for polishing, but I found myself wishing for a slightly finer grit option for some parts. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, the quality of the tools feels premium, and they definitely make model building cleaner. I think it's a solid investment for serious hobbyists.

Good tools, slow delivery

I ordered the Gate Remover Set and the Raser Plus. The tools themselves are quite good; the Raser Plus especially made nub removal much cleaner than sandpaper. The Gate Remover worked well for most parts, but I found it a bit tricky on very small or curved surfaces. My main issue was the shipping. It took nearly three weeks for my order to arrive, which felt long even coming from overseas. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, but the tracking wasn't very detailed. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product quality for model building, but the shipping could definitely be faster.

Consistent quality, always reliable

I've ordered from Gunprimer several times now, and this latest purchase for the Raser The Black and a new set of Sand-Loop Flat files was just as good as the first. Shipping was fast, took about 5 days to get to me in California, which is pretty standard for them. The quality of the tools is consistently excellent; I always know what I'm getting. That's why I keep coming back for my modeling needs.
